How do I start my return?

Click the link above to access our return portal. All returns and exchanges must be submitted through our online portal. Once submitted, please allow up to 2 business days for approval and label processing.

What is your return & exchange policy?

We gladly accept returns for domestic orders within 10 days of the delivery date. Pre-orders may also be returned within 10 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original box. We offer free shipping on all domestic exchanges.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Discounted items (including ALL discount codes)
  • Custom items
  • Personalized items
  • Items with added chin straps

Return Handling Fees:

If you choose to return an item for a refund, a handling fee will apply per item based on the item type.

  • Large Accessories & Hats: $15
  • Cashmere & Small Accessories: $10
  • Truckers: $5

All applicable fees will be calculated and displayed when you initiate your return and will be deducted from your refund. To ensure a smooth return experience, we kindly ask that all returns be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your return label via email. If shipped after this window, store credit will be issued in place of a refund.

What is your refund turnaround time?

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 3 business days of receiving and approving your return. Orders placed with store credit or gift cards can only be refunded as store credit.

If an item is damaged upon return due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.
