Return Policy

Free shipping is offered on all exchanges. Please email info@thefreyabrand.com to proceed with all exchanges within 7 days of your delivery.

Items that have been bought on sale as part of a promotional code are nonrefundable and only eligible for exchange.

$10 return fee for all returns. Please email info@thefreyabrand.com to process your return within 7 days of your delivery and $10 will be deducted from your refund.

Freya will accept returns for items in new condition in the same box or a box of the same dimension as the box you received your item. If an item is damaged upon return due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
