Free shipping and exchanges on all full-price hat orders up to 3 hats. Items bought with a promotional code are only eligible for same style exchange and are non refundable. International orders are not included.
All exchanges are final sale and nonrefundable.
International Returns: returns are accepted from international addresses but it is the customers obligation to purchase their return label. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for your Return Authorization # and return shipping address. A RA# is required for all international returns and will not be accepted otherwise.
Items purchased in our permanently reduced sale will have a $18 flat rate shipping fee applied to all orders. These items are final sale and nonrefundable.
Expedited Shipping options are presented at checkout. Orders must be placed by 12pm CST for same-day shipping.
Poppy Hat Box: $30 flat rate shipping on the first item, each additional item ships free.
Within the continental United States, UPS Ground or FedEx will be used to ship all orders. Tracking is provided once the order has been processed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Free shipping on all exchanges. Exchanges will be accepted one time for an alternate size of the same style for all orders except sale products, which are final sale. Your return or exchange must be initiated within 14 days of your delivery.
A $18 return processing fee per item will be deducted from the refund for all returns.
Items purchased with a promotional code are nonrefundable and only eligible for exchange or store credit.
Freya will accept returns for items in new condition in the same box or a box of the same dimension as the box you received your item. If an item is damaged upon return due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Accessory purchases: We accept returns and exchanges of accessory items in new condition when the request has been initiated within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for payment of return shipping fees. A shipping label and Return Authorization Number can be requested by emailing email@example.com. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Holiday update: For purchases made during the time period November 18 - December 25, 2021, returns and exchanges are available through January 3rd, 2022.
Once your package has been received, your refund or credit will be processed within 10 business days.
